What decree on setting conditions for fire safety means in practice
Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. Requires the operator to carry out an annual check of the operational readiness of portable fire extinguishers. A periodic pressure test is performed after 3, 5 or 10 years depending on the type (water, powder, CO₂). Without a current inspection sticker, the device is invalid.
